MY JOURNEY

It all started in 2013, when I jumped headfirst into the digital world, handling product and project management across Brazil, Portugal, and Germany. Entrepreneurship was this distant dream while juggling my day job. Driven by sheer curiosity and a love for learning, I devoured books on time management, habits, and organization. That’s when I stumbled upon Notion, and it was a game-changer.

Getting the hang of Notion wasn’t easy at first. But once I did, it was like unlocking a superpower. I started whipping up templates that made life and work smoother and more productive. Fast forward to 2022, I co-founded a marketing agency in Portugal, and thanks to Notion, we tripled our size and results.

Even with the hustle of entrepreneurship, I’ve managed to keep a balance—taking care of my health, spending time with loved ones, and squeezing in some amazing trips around Europe. But for me, it’s about more than just personal wins. I wanted to help other entrepreneurs get their digital life in order, which is why I started Organizer Genius in 2023. It’s all about giving people the tools to organize their work and life in one place, making everything more efficient.

And here’s where my Notion journey really takes off. Getting certified in Notion wasn’t just adding another badge to my collection. It was about making a commitment to help others navigate the digital clutter and find clarity and productivity. As a Notion Certified consultant, I get to work with incredible companies, helping them tailor Notion to their needs, turning chaos into order.

Joining this journey with Organizer Genius means you’re not going solo. You’ve got a partner who’s all in to help you learn, grow, and achieve beyond what you thought possible with Notion. Let’s dive in and make some magic happen together.

  1. “Rich Life” is a concept introduced by Ramhit Sethi in his bookI Will Teach You To Be Rich. Introduction, p. 19.
  2. Sam Carpenter, in Systems Mindset (Chapter 36), relates adopting the systems mindset to taking the “red pill,” a movie reference to The Matrix. In The Matrix, Neo (played by Keanu Reeves) is given the choice between swallowing a blue pill and remaining in an illusion or swallowing a red pill and seeing the true nature of reality.
  3. Inspired by Ryan Holiday’s The Daily Stoic, Marks of a Good Life (October 20th):

“What’s the meaning of life? Why was I born? Most of us struggle with these questions—sometimes when we’re young, sometimes not until we’re older. Rarely do we find much in the way of direction. But that’s simply because we miss the point. As Viktor Frankl points out in Man’s Search for Meaning, it is not our question to ask. Instead, it is we who are being asked the question. It’s our lives that are the answer.”

  4. The idea of “finding a game worth playing” is influenced by Eric Jorgenson’s The Almanack of Naval Ravikant, p. 74:

“Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”

  5. This is Water” by David Foster Wallace, 2005 commencement speech at Kenyon College.
